Fundacja Ciało/Umysł ogłasza nabór uczestników do projektu artystyczno-społecznego portugalskich artystów Any Borralho i Joaõ Galante World of Interiors, którego pokaz odbędzie się w ramach 21. C/U w Warszawie.
The World of Interiors to performans-instalacja, w którym artyści zapraszają widzów do doświadczenia „szeptanej choreografii” i badają granicę między odbiorcą a dziełem.
Na potrzeby spektaklu swoje teksty teatralne udostępnił słynny reżyser teatralny Rodrigo García. Pragnąc odnieść się do bieżących realiów geopolitycznych, zaprosiliśmy także do dyskusji z Garcíą i uzupełnienia tej „szeptanej partytury” autorów-choreografów z Polski i Ukrainy: Rafała Dziemidoka i Antona Ovchinnikova.
Poszukujemy osób posługujących się jednym z następujących języków: polski, angielski, ukraiński. Nie jest wymagane wcześniejsze doświadczenie sceniczne. Uczestnictwo w projekcie wiąże się z wysiłkiem fizycznym, polegającym na pozostawaniu przez ok. 2h w jednej pozycji (leżącej) i jednoczesnym wypowiadaniu tekstu.
Próby przewidziane są w godzinach 16.00-20.00 w Teatrze Studio w dniach 11-14 października, spektakl 15 października. Proces prób w języku angielskim z możliwością pomocy w tłumaczeniu na języku polskim.
Za udział w próbach oraz w pokazie organizatorzy oferują wynagrodzenie w wysokości 500 zł brutto.

A CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROJECT AT THE 21ST CIAŁO/UMYSŁ - INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF DANCE ART AND PERFORMANCE
The Ciało/Umysł Foundation announces a call for participants in the art and social project by Portuguese artists Ana Borralho and Joaõ Galante, World of Interiors, which will be shown as part of the 21st C/U in Warsaw.
World of Interiors is a performance/installation in which viewers are invited to experience a “whispered choreography”, exploring the boundary between the spectator and the work.
The very intimate world of whispers created on stage is filled with excerpts of works by contemporary authors from Argentina, Ukraine and Poland. The renowned director Rodrigo García, whose texts are whispered by the performers, is all about the criticism of consumer society, existential uncertainty and the contemporary precarious condition of the individual, while choreographers and writers Rafal Dziemidok and Anton Ovchinnikov bring current geopolitical realities onto the stage.
We are looking for persons speaking one of the following languages: Polish, English, Ukrainian. No previous stage experience is required. Participation in the project involves physical effort, involving staying in one position (lying on the floor) for about 2 hours and speaking the text at the same time.
Rehearsals are scheduled in the afternoon at the Studio Theatre from 11th to 14th October, 2022, and the performance is on 15th October, 2022. Trial process in English with the possibility of assisting with translation into Polish.
The organizers offer a salary of 500 PLN gross for participation in the rehearsals and in the show.
